Service

The service creates AI-generated visual impressions from photos and instructions. Results are inspiration and marketing visualisations, not architectural, construction, safety, valuation, or purchasing advice. AI output can contain errors.

Your content

You must have permission to upload each image and must not submit illegal, infringing, or privacy-violating content. You retain your rights in your source photos and grant us the limited right to process them to provide and secure the service.

Credits, payment, and delivery

Prices shown at checkout include the applicable amount charged. Credit bundles are one-off purchases and credits do not expire while the service remains available. A single unlock applies to the exact preview identified at checkout. Digital delivery starts immediately after payment; where you explicitly consent, the statutory withdrawal right ends once delivery begins. This does not limit mandatory rights for defective delivery.

Property listings

You are responsible for complying with listing-platform and advertising rules. AI staging must not mislead. On Funda, an AI-generated or manipulated image must be visibly disclosed and may not be used as the main photo; platform rules can change, so verify them before publishing.

Availability and liability

We aim for reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability or a specific design outcome. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to foreseeable direct loss and the amount paid for the affected order. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
