What we process

We process your email address and account details, transaction identifiers, essential session data, and the room photos and instructions you submit to create a design. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card or bank details.

Photos and retention

Uploaded source photos are processed for generation and are not retained in our cloud image store. Locked generated previews are scheduled for deletion after 7 days; unlocked or paid generated images after 30 days. First-party page logs use a shortened IP address and are retained for up to 90 days; conversion events for up to 13 months. Account and transaction records may be retained longer where needed for security, support, accounting, or legal obligations.

Providers and international processing

We use Google Cloud and Google Gemini for image processing and hosting, Stripe for payments, and our email providers for login messages. With consent, Google Analytics measures site usage. These providers may process data outside your country under their applicable safeguards.

Your choices and rights

You can reject analytics while continuing to use essential site functions. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability where applicable by emailing hello@redomyroom.ai. You may also complain to your data protection authority.

Security and contact
